General Policies (1) Cancellations: If the reservation has the “Non-refundable” policy or enters a penalty period, the cancellation request will be applied, applying the 100% penalty. (2) Early departure or no show: If the guest wishes to check out before the date (early departure) or does not show up at the hotel on the day of their check in (no show). Any reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund. (3) Modification of reservation: You can make a change of name and/or dates with a direct request to the hotel (via email). The terms of the changes will be negotiated directly with the hotel. If the guest wishes to extend their reservation with the cancellation policy, the policies and restrictions of the original reservation will also be extended. (4) Refunds: In the event that the policy is flexible and is before the penalty period, consider that the refunds will be made within 15 business days after the request. Force Majeure Policies In the event that the property is affected by a natural disaster, the following will be done: During your stay, we offer a certificate for a stay back at the property for the number of unused nights and will be valid for travel within 1 calendar year of the dates originally booked; It is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Space is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. The policy will come into force once the relevant authorities issue an alert in the area and this directly impacts the property. It does not include the day of departure, airline tickets, transfers, upgrades, and must be redeemed within one year. Other restrictions may apply.
